San Mateo Police Pursuit Ends In Redwood Shores, Two Suspects Arrested 
On Friday, July 26, 2019, at 11:48 A.M. San Mateo Police Department officers arrested two suspects following a vehicle pursuit which culminated in Redwood Shores. San Mateo PD was assisted by Redwood City PD and other area law enforcement agencies in the apprehension of the suspects.
During the pursuit the suspect vehicle was disabled following a collision and the passenger was taken into custody. The driver fled on foot and was later apprehended with the assistance of a police K9. The suspects were found to be in possession of utility worker clothing, weapons, burglary tools, narcotics, and property believed to be stolen.
The suspects were identified as Stockton resident Brandon Harper and Oakland resident David Quinn. Harper was booked into San Mateo County Jail and Quinn was processed at the San Mateo Police Department.
