Woman Who Stabbed Her 3 Year Old Daugther Multiple Times Captured By SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite Fugitive Squad

On July 23, 2019 at approx. 6am in the morning, Clayton County Police responded to an apartment located at 746 Gardenwalk Blvd in reference to a child being stabbed.   Upon arrival Officers found a 3 year old female that had been stabbed multiple times in the groin and buttocks area of her body.  The child’s mother, Brittney Jackson, told Police Officers that two male suspects had entered the apartment with guns looking for the child’s father and stabbed the child multiple times.  Police Officers and Detectives sense that something was not right with Jackson’s story and began to probe deeper as her story began to change and conflicted with her 911 call.

Yesterday around 2pm, Clayton County Police Detectives interviewed the 3 year child and she told them that the person who stabbed her was her “mommy”.  Clayton County Police Detectives obtained warrants for Jackson’s arrest and waited for her to show up for an interview with DFACS.   Jackson never showed.

                       “Find her today”

When word made it to Sheriff Victor Hill that Jackson was trying to get ghost with meeting with authorities, he called in his elite Fugitive Squad whom he tasked with checking her into “The Hill-ton” before sundown.  Fugitive Investigators who teamed up with the lead Clayton Police Detective in the case soon found that Jackson was trying to use family and friends to elude capture.

At a little past 8pm, members of the Sheriff’s elite Fugitive Squad surrounded a  house in south-west Atlanta on Bayberry Dr. calling for Jackson to come out and surrender.  After about five minutes, Jackson came out with her hands raised and was taken into custody without incident.  Jackson is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known to all as “The Hill-ton”.
