Power Outage due to a blown transformer! Please be aware, there is a power outage on Grove Ave, from 4th to 8th St, and on 4th St, from Council Ave to El Dorado Ave. Police are on scene to assist with traffic control. Edison is working on restoring power. Please drive carefully. 


Remember, when the signals for an intersection are not working, to treat that intersection like a traditional 4 way stop. Approach the intersection, come to a complete stop, ensure you have the right of way, then drive safely through the intersection. 

We will post an update as soon as power is restored and the traffic hazard is resolved.
