#2 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted Captured In Montgomery AL

On July 15th, 2019, the Fugitive Squad received notification from the Montgomery Police Department in Alabama that on July 4th, 2019, Kardarius Deitra Fountain who was #2 On Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted had been involved in a shooting during which Fountain discharged a firearm into a vehicle, striking three occupants inside.  Montgomery Police Department then advised that a warrant was to be issued for Fountain’s arrest, as a result.   Fountain has been charged in Montgomery County with Murder.

U.S. Marshals apprehended Fountain on behalf of Montgomery PD and a hold was placed on him with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on behalf of Clayton County.

Fountain made #2 On Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted in Clayton County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Terroristic Threats, Criminal Damage to Property-2nd Degree, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Driving-Hit and Run; Duty of Driver to Stop at or Return to Scene of Accident.  These charges stem from an incident which occurred on September 27th, 2018 at a location in Jonesboro.

On the above date, Kardarius Fountain and two victims were involved in a vehicle accident during which the left front end of Fountain’s vehicle struck the victims’ vehicle at the right front end.  Fountain attempted to convince the victims to settle the damages of the accident without involving authorities.  Fountain attempted to leave the scene, which then led to an altercation.  During the course of the altercation, Fountain withdrew a firearm and fired at the victims’ moving vehicle, which they were occupying, at the time.  Fountain fled the scene of the incident, following the shooting.

Responding officers observed multiple bullet holes in the victims’ vehicle, the damage exceeding $500.00 USD.  A bullet projectile was recovered, as well as a bullet hole in the vehicle’s radiator.  Investigation into the incident by the Clayton County Police Department led to the above-stated warrants being issued for Kardarius Fountain’s arrest.

Soon Fountain will be giving free transportation back to Clayton County where a suite is already reserved for him to face the wall in Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known as the “The Hill-ton”.
