Full Notification

A portion of Openaki Road near the Randolph border will be closed to all traffic on Wednesday 07/24 and Thursday 07/25. The closure is to prepare, mill and resurface the roadway. The road is expected to be closed between 8am and 4pm each day, although the closure may last later each day depending on the status of the work progress. A plainly marked detour will be in place each day.

This closure was initially scheduled to begin yesterday, but the work was pushed back due to weather forecasts. If the work cannot be completed between Wednesday and Thursday, some additional closures may be required on Friday.
