Due to the strong and severe storms that struck Dearborn yesterday, numerous areas throughout the city are without power. This includes the Cooling Center that was located at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. Residents needing a cool place to sit can visit the DISC on Ford Road adjacent to Ford Woods Park. It will be open until 8 p.m. today, July 21.
The Ford Community and Performing Arts Center is not a cooling center today and the athletic portion and the swimming pool complex are closed due to limited power.
Dunworth and Summer -Stephens outdoor pools are closed due to power outage.
