Cooling Center Modification 
There has been a modification to the Cooling Centers times/locations. The Franklin Township Library is open on Sunday, July 21, 2019 between the hours 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The Franklin Township Police Headquarters Lobby is open as well for those that need a cool place to beat the heat.
