* At 244 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in a short amount of time. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Toms River, Willingboro, Medford, Barnegat, Lumberton, Florence, Beachwood, Burlington, Mount Holly, Tabernacle, Shamong, Presidential Lakes Estates, Beverly, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Leisuretowne, Jacksonville, Georgetown, Presidential Lakes and Whiting.
