Overturned tanker on Richmond Parkway overpass-Road Closure at Blume Dr. & Pinole Vista for at least 4 hours 
The Richmond Fire Department and HazMat team are on the scene, with the Pinole PD and CHP, of an overturned tanker carrying liquid asphalt on Richmond Parkway overpass on I-80. Road closure between Blume Dr. and Pinole Vista is expected for at least four hours. Updates to follow.
