The Arcadia Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating Yishi Meng Hooper. Ms. Hooper is described as being 40 years old, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 172 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on June 25, 2019 at her residence in the 9700 block of East Camino Real, Arcadia (county area).
Ms. Hooper’s family has been trying to contact her, but have been unsuccessful. Her family reports that Ms. Hooper suffers from an unknown mental disorder and takes medication.
