...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING... .Tropical Storm Barry continues to move north-northwest over northwestern Louisiana. Despite being well inland, strong and gusty winds are occurring in the rainbands moving through Southeast Texas, Central and Southern Louisiana.persist over the coastal waters, with tropical storm force winds expected within bands of heavier convection. The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* WINDS...Sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts up to 40 mph expected within the rainbands of Barry.
