* At 448 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one and a half inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Additional rainfall is expected to move across the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paterson, Passaic, Hackensack, Clifton, Garfield, Lodi, Elmwood Park, Little Falls, Saddle Brook, Hasbrouck Heights, Woodland Park, Wallington, Totowa, Maywood and Haledon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PASSAIC, NJ ... BERGEN, NJ
