It has come to our attention that there is a telephone solicitation for the LEAD program claiming to be raising funds for the Watchung Police Department. The Watchung Police Department does not participate in the LEAD program. We have been continuously teaching the DARE program at Valley View School for nearly 3 decades.
The Watchung Police Deparment does not solicit for funding. Additionally, any soliciation from the Watchung PBA is done via the US Postal Service.
