* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Southwestern Putnam County in west central Ohio... Southeastern Paulding County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 PM EDT.
* At 755 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen according to radar estimates.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ottawa, Kalida, Glandorf, Ottoville, Dupont, Cloverdale and Mandale.
