On June 29, 2019 Sonoma County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a shooting and stabbing at a home in the 12000 block of Valley Ford Rd in Bloomfield. Three suspects were identified in the subsequent investigation by Sheriff’s Detectives. Two were apprehended but the shooter, identified as Eduardo Lopez-Cabrera, 21 of Santa Rosa remained on the loose.
On Sunday morning at about 12:45 AM Lopez-Cabrera turned himself into the Sonoma County Jail. He is being held on $50,000 bail, charged with felony assault and gang enhancement charges.
