Police looking to identify individual (s) who caused damage to Hmong Veterans Memorial. 
The Sheboygan Police Department are investigating a complaint that occurred on or around July 5th at the Hmong Veteran's Memorial located on Broughton Drive. Unknown individual (s) utilized a flammable means and caused minor damage to the surface of the monument. The attempt was likely associated with the use of a lighter or other.
