Media Advisory: Harris County Sheriff's Office to Provide Update on July 4 Road Rage Incident 
What: The Harris County Sheriff's Office, Texas Department of Public Safety and the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office will host a press conference to provide an update to the public in regard to the road rage shooting that occurred on West Mt. Houston on July 4. The alleged gunman has surrendered to our investigators. Bayron J. Rivera, 18, is now in custody and will be charged with four counts of aggravated assault.
