* Flood Warning for... Eastern Washington County in north central Maryland... Southwestern Frederick County in north central Maryland... Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Northeastern Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 930 AM EDT.

* At 503 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flooding has been reported by 911 offices on multiple roads in Charles Town, Ranson and Kearneysville, WV areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Brunswick, Ranson, Boonsboro, Inwood, Williamsport, Harpers Ferry, Corporation Of Ranson, Kearneysville, Saint James, Berkeley, Keedysville, Bolivar, Falling Waters, Sharpsburg, Shenandoah Junction, Fairplay and Middleway.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MORGAN, WV ... BERKELEY, WV ... JEFFERSON, WV ... WASHINGTON, MD ... FREDERICK, MD
