At 405 AM EDT, Berkeley County 911 reported flooding on Williamsport Pike and Hedgesville Road. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch is possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Brunswick, Ranson, Boonsboro, Inwood, Williamsport, Harpers Ferry, Corporation Of Ranson, Kearneysville, Saint James, Berkeley, Keedysville, Bolivar, Falling Waters, Sharpsburg, Shenandoah Junction, Fairplay and Middleway.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
