After receiving a call from a concerned citizen our officers located a distraught young woman on Old Trenton Rd just east of Dorchester Dr who appears to be special needs. The young lady was experiencing crying fits, hair pulling, and extremely limited verbal communication.
Description: white female, early 20's, medium build, short brown hair, wearing a black & white dress with no shoes on.
She is currently being transported to a local hospital for care and an evaluation.
