Employee of the Month
The Jackson Police Department is proud to announce Sergeant Chad French as "Employee of the Month" for the month of July. Sergeant French has been with the Jackson Police Department for more than twenty years and is currently assigned as a supervisor in the "Domestic Violence Unit."
Sergeant French has done an excellent job as a leader and commander. He works tirelessly and vigilantly to solve all cases associated with domestic violence. Sergeant French is also friendly and helpful to others at the agency. The Domestic Violence Unit runs smoothly and efficiently because of Sergeant French's inspiration and leadership.
Every court day Sergeant French takes the cases and makes sure that every victim is properly cared for during their preliminary hearing. He is extremely dedicated and devoted to his assignment. He also devotes his time and experience to training other officers within the agency. This type of devotion helps develop better trained officers.
Sergeant French's dedication to his assignment is witnessed when he tells his investigators that the unit owns every domestic case that comes through the department. Sergeant French actively holds meeting to go over cases that are presented before the courts. He is definitely an asset to the "Safe Hope Center" and a pleasure to work with.
