Cougar have been spotted at several locations in the City of Philomath, Oregon. They have been seen at Reservoir Park adjacent to Neabeack Hill, near Peace Lutheran Church 26th & Applegate and on the 1700 Block of Cedar Street West of Clemens Primary School. If you see a cougar in Philomath, please call the Philomath Police Department at 541 929-6911 or call 911.
