Leonia Sports Boosters Fireworks Show is tonight at Overpeck County Park. The fireworks are scheduled to start at 9:30pm. The fireworks display is approximately 18 minutes and there may be heavy traffic in the area immediately after the show.  Parking is available on the field and parking lots of Overpeck Park North. Additional parking is available in Overpeck Park in Teaneck/Ridgefield Park and Kulite at 1 Willow Tree Road and 400 Willow Tree Road, Leonia. There is no parking allowed on the County Park Roads/Driveways. Follow all posted parking regulations on Leonia streets.

Due to the fireworks, there will be road closures in the area. Route 95 north Exit 68 and Exit 70 A & B will be closed starting at 7pm this evening. Please use Exit 71 as an alternate route to Leonia. Fort Lee Road will remain open but expect traffic delays. Sections of Overpeck County Park will also close when parking capacity is reached. 

Leonia Police Department and the Bergen County Sheriff's Office will have extra personnel working to assist with traffic. If you must travel through the area, expect delays and use caution due to the increased pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
