The Fairfield Police Department is asking for help in locating an At-Risk Missing Person. Lavienna “Elizabeth” Chisamore was reported as missing on 07/04/19 at 7:45 pm. Elizabeth is 75 years old and lives in the 2100 block of Nottingham Drive, Fairfield. Elizabeth left her home on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. Elizabeth suffers from a dementia, diabetes, and schizophrenia.
Elizabeth is a White Female Adult, 5'5" and weighing approximately 230 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue shorts, black or blue tank top, and walking with a cane. She walks hunched over.
