An astute Clayton County Correctional Officer was watching the news last night when he watched a story about a Hatian man missing from the airport after he was supposed to catch a connecting flight.   Officer Das Sagar recognize the missing Hatian man as Felix Dalubren who he had seen booked into the Clayton County jail after being arrested by a Marta Police Officer for criminal trespass and obstruction.  Officer Sagar immediately notified his supervisors and sent them link of the story so they could notify the Atlanta Police Department that they did not have to search any longer.

Sheriff Victor Hill approved an O.R. bond for Mr. Felix Dalubren this morning so that he could be released to be united with his family who ironically were set to fly in this morning to search for him.  The Sheriff has also ordered a letter of accommodation for Officer Sagar for being observant and doing a great job.  Officer Sagar (pictured below) started as an unpaid intern from Clayton State College and worked in the Sheriff’s suite.  Sagar decided he wanted to “fight crime” full time and became a Correctional Officer within the year. He has done an outstanding job from day one!
