Road Closures for the 4th of July 
Hello,
Due to the Westlake 4th of July Parade:
Dover Center between Bassett and Hilliard and Hilliard Blvd between Dover Center and Clague Rds will be closed starting at 9:55AM. Expect delays. Come early to enjoy the parade!
Due to the Westlake 4th of July festivities and Fireworks:
At 8PM - Clague Rd between Detroit Rd and Hilliard Blvd will be closed to vehicles until approx 30 minutes until after the fireworks.
At 9:30PM - Hilliard Blvd between Clague Rd and Hilliard Elementary will be closed until approx 30 min after the fireworks.
Expect delays and parking limitations in and around Clague Park. Get there early to enjoy the festivities and be patient after the fireworks to avoid stress! Westlake Police and Auxiliary will be out in force to assure a smooth event and safe travels!
Oh. and the fireworks begin at dusk! Do not call the dispatchers to ask when they will start. They will be busy enough...believe me.
