Deputies arrests five suspects after responding to suspicious circumstances at a hotel on Pomona Rincon Road

INCIDENT: Sales of Methamphetamine and Weapons Violation
LOCATION: 15000-block of Pomona Rincon Road , Chino Hills
SUSPECTS: April Cabrera, age 30 a resident of Apple Valley, Jeremy Pardue, age 44 a resident of Fountain Valley, Jose Diaz, age 45 a resident of Westminster, Brandon Ruiz, age 45 a resident of Fountain Valley, and Noushig Charshafjian, age 42 a resident of Costa Mesa
SUMMARY:
On June 30, 2019, deputies from the Chino Hills Police Department responded to a report of suspicious activity at a hotel on Pomona Rincon Road. Deputies contacted April Cabrera, Bandon Ruiz, Jeremy Pardue, and Jose Diaz inside a hotel room. Diaz is currently on Post Release Community Supervision (AB109) probation for drug sales. He was found to have an active felony warrant for his arrest. Deputies located items inside the room indicating it was being used for drug sales.
As a result of the investigation, deputies served a search warrant at an adjacent hotel room. Investigators contacted Noushig Charshafjian inside along with suspected stolen checks and credit cards.
Cabrera, Pardue, and Diaz were arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on several charges including probation violations, sales of methamphetamine, and a weapons violation.
