* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and crest near 9.3 feet later this morning. The river will fall below flood stage this afternoon.

* Impact...At 9.0 feet...Low lying areas near the river around Kitzmiller are flooded.

* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.4 feet on Jul 29 2017.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MINERAL, WV ... GARRETT, MD
