STUDY SESSION/OPEN HOUSE
PROPOSED PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners have scheduled a study session/open house to provide information and discuss a purchase and sale agreement proposed by the Okanogan County Public Works Department for parcels 3123310006, 3023064004, 3022011005, and 3022120005 located near the Town of Methow. The intended use of the property is to develop a gravel pit on approximate 81 acres of the approximately 546.11acres. The residual of the property will be utilized for wildlife habitat.
The study session/open house is scheduled to provide information and respond to questions regarding the proposed purchase of the land. A subsequent public hearing has been scheduled for July 8, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
The study session/open house will be tonight June 26, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Town of Methow Community Center.
