PRESS RELEASE: Shooting at Fuddruckers 
At approximately 10:15pm, Wednesday, December 30, 2009, a group of young people identifying themselves as belonging to a social group called Young Money were celebrating a birthday party at Fuddruckers, 11445 Fountain Lake Drive in Stafford, when a street gang identified as F.A.B. (Forever About Bread) arrived at the location and confronted members of Young Money. The altercation escalated into a fight involving as many as thirty people before weapons were drawn and shots were fired. There were no injuries and the shooter fled prior to officers arriving at the scene. Investigators have identified the shooter and anticipate obtaining a warrant for his arrest.
Two juveniles and one adult were detained and arrested at the scene for Evading Arrest or Detention. The juveniles were later released to their parents and the adult was taken to Fort Bend County Jail.
The motive appears to be prior derogatory text messages and internet postings between the groups and is not related to any other incident.
