**Tree Section incident update** 
MBPD is receiving multiple inquiries regarding an overnight incident involving a large police response in the Tree Section.
On 06-21-2019 at about 9:43PM, MBPD officers responded to a report of a possible residential burglary in the Tree Section of the city. MBPD requested support from surrounding agencies and a police helicopter due to the reporting party believing there were five suspects involved. MBPD determined the following after detaining the suspects and searching the residence:
No residential burglary occurred and the subjects near the house were attempting to complete delivery of a food order made through an online application. The wrong address was given to the food delivery service resulting in the burglary call. MBPD facilitated the food delivery after speaking with the resident who ordered the food.
