* At 1245 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding persists on several area roadways around the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Coldwater, Fort Shawnee, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Richwood, Newport, Cridersville, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Fort Recovery, Russells Point, De Graff and Botkins.
