* At 726 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Edwardsville, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Kansas City, Overland Park, Independence, Shawnee, Gladstone, Merriam, Mission, Bonner Springs, Parkville, Edwardsville, North Kansas City, Riverside, Weatherby Lake, Lake Quivira, Kansas City Kansas, Lake Waukomis, Avondale, Platte Woods, Oakview and Northmoor.
