The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
* Until 745 AM EDT.
* At 145 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated additional showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving into the warned area. Conditions are saturated and additional flash flooding is expected to occur in the areas of heaviest rain.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Evesham, Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Medford, Lumberton, Florence, Burlington, Mount Holly, Riverside, Palmyra, Bordentown, Beverly, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Ramblewood, Marlton and Leisuretowne. Additional rainfall amounts in excess of an inch are possible in the warned area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BURLINGTON, NJ
Instructions:
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
