* Until 845 PM EDT.
* At 546 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain was already reported. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Portland, Pennville, Center, Bryant, Balbec and Trenton. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BLACKFORD, IN ... JAY, IN
