The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for portions of southern Illinois and southwest Indiana, including the following areas, in southern Illinois, Edwards, Hamilton, Jefferson, Wabash, Wayne, and White. In southwest Indiana, Gibson, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh, and Warrick.
* From noon CDT today through late tonight.
* Two potential rounds of thunderstorms this afternoon and evening may produce heavy rain in areas that have already received heavy rain and experienced flash flooding over the past several days.
* Flash flooding is possible, especially in locations that receive repeat rounds of heavy rain through tonight.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WARRICK ... JEFFERSON ... EDWARDS ... GIBSON ... PIKE ... SPENCER ... HAMILTON ... VANDERBURGH ... WHITE ... WABASH ... POSEY ... WAYNE
