At 415 PM EDT, local law enforcement and emergency management officials have reported that flooding is ongoing, with the most significant flooding occurring across portions of northern Shelby and northern Logan counties. Road closures are still being reported in Shelby, Logan, and Union counties. Additional rainfall over the next few hours may continue to pose a threat for additional flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Richwood, Newport, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Hardin, Northwood, Quincy, Russia, Rushsylvania and Huntsville.
