The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Warning for... Shelby County in west central Ohio... Logan County in west central Ohio... Central Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Hardin County in west central Ohio... Northern Union County in central Ohio...

* Until 500 PM EDT Tuesday.

* At 852 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is occurring in Hardin, Shelby, Logan, and Union Counties. Several roads are closed or have high water. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Radar indicated that additional very slow moving moderate to at times heavy rainfall will move across the area this morning. An additional inch to upwards of two inches will be possible this morning. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause flooding to continue to occur.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Kenton, New Bremen, Minster, Richwood, Newport, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park and Hardin.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SHELBY, OH ... HARDIN, OH ... UNION, OH ... AUGLAIZE, OH ... LOGAN, OH
