Newfields Events 6/15 
A reminder to all that today there are multiple community events taking place in town. Starting at 9 AM the Newfields 5K road race begins. Please use caution on the roadways as there will be runners throughout town on the route, specifically in the Basset/Finn/Deertrees area and on Route 85 and Route 87.
There will also be a road closure on Main Street from approximately 5PM to 8PM this evening for the Newfields Summer Solstice. Traffic will be detoured for the event. If driving to this event, please park in areas that avoid obstructing traffic flow on the detour and use caution with crossings as roadways are still active outside the closure. Thanks and we hope to see folks out and about for these great events!
