Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri issued the attached Press Release for "Operation Capital Co-Op" on 6/12/2019. This investigation removed Cocaine and a substantial amount of Heroin & Fetynal from hitting the streets. Chief Garofalo has been in lock-step support of the MCPO's philosophy for combating the Opioid Epidemic. Chief Garofalo is proud of our Officers who assisted in the massive investigation called "Operation Capital Co-Op".
Chief Garofalo pledges that WWPD will continue to fully support the Mercer County Prosecutor Onofri by dedicating resources to assist in breaking the cycle of addiction.
