Mississippi man arrested on Reckless Driving charge. 
On June 12, 2019, at 11:43 p.m. Deputy Loren Barchett conducted a traffic stop on a Grey 2019 Jeep Cherokee for traveling in excess of 100 mph on US 41 near County Road 350 South. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Barchett identified the driver as 20 year old Uland Cunningham of Okolona, MS. After a brief roadside investigation Mr. Cunningham was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Cunningham was charged with Reckless Driving. He has since posted a $900 bond.
Assisting Deputy Barchett in his investigation was Princeton Officer Chelsea Jones, and Deputies Jennifer Robb and U.B. Smith of the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
