* At 717 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to locally heavy rain was affecting portions of the advisory area. Rain rates up to two inches per hour stretched up from northwestern Burlington county into Somerset county. With rain expected to continue through the morning rush, urban and poor drainage flooding is likely to occur where the heaviest rains fall.
