06/04/2019 @ 0324. A man was standing on the sidewalk looking at his phone when the suspect approached him while riding a bicycle and knocked the victim’s phone from his hand. The suspect then challenged the victim to a fight. The victim was able to pick up his phone and leave the area. #03628

Four men exited the vehicle, one of whom was holding a baseball bat, and surrounded the victim. The suspects demanded the victim’s property and he complied. The suspects returned to the vehicle and fled the area WB on Lexington Avenue. #03788
