Violent Crimes Investigators Release Information On Home Invasion.

HCSO Violent Crime investigators are releasing information on the woman shot by an intruder in her residence on Monday June 10, 2019, at around 10:20 p.m.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constables were called to an apartment located in the 13000 block of Windfern drive in northwest Harris County.

The 27-year-old woman told deputies that a black male subject forced his way in after knocking on the door.

He stated to the victim he wanted money, the female then began struggling with him, the male then shot her with a handgun and fled the scene.

The female was wounded in the arm and upper chest.

The woman was transported to a local hospital in good condition.

The male is described as being 5’5 to 5’6 in height, and weighing around 150 Lbs..
He was wearing black basketball style shorts and a black shirt.
