* At 606 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include... New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick, Carteret, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville, Matawan, Flemington, High Bridge, Clinton and Peapack And Gladstone.
