This is an emergency notification from the Lubbock Police Department regarding a(n) Road Closed. All streets around the Covenant Hospital west parking garage in the 3600 block of 21st Street are shut down due to a police incident. It is unclear how long these roads will be shut down. The LPD needs the public to avoid the area.
