* Flood Advisory for The Vermilion River near Leonore, or from IL-23 near Streator downstream to confluence with the Illinois River.
* until Thursday evening.
* At 945 AM Wednesday the stage was 15.7 feet.
* Action stage is 15.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 15.9 feet by this afternoon.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Water begins to flood low lying agricultural land near river.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LA SALLE, IL
