                Deputy Jordon Frisbee of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Joey Nathan Crowder, 34, address listed as Seagle Street in Marion, with larceny.
                At 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, Frisbee responded to M&R Scrap Metal, on Fairview Road, in reference to the theft of a chainsaw.
                He arrived in the area to find the victim, Melvin Revis, of Marion, talking to another man, later identified as Crowder.
                Further investigation revealed that Crowder took the $100 chainsaw from Revis’s property.
