* At 218 AM EDT, radar indicated that recent heavy rainfall has resulted in some flooding issues across the advisory area. 1 to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Motorists are those traveling across the area should heed high water signs or road closures.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Lancaster, Circleville, Logan, Nelsonville, Ashville, South Bloomfield, Bremen, Kingston, Williamsport, New Holland, Hide-A-Way Hills, Logan Elm Village, Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Royalton, Fox, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville and Sugar Grove.
