Police arrest Mojave man for Felony warrant and carrying loaded firearm 
California City Police have arrested 29 year-old Keith Hess of Mojave after he was spotted possibly casing the industrial area of Moss Ave near Neuralia around midnight. Officers spoke to Hess and determined he was wanted on a prior weapons violation case. After Hess was arrested, a loaded .45 caliber firearm was found next to him in the front seat of the car he had been driving.
Hess was charged with new weapons violation charges as well as the Felony Warrant.
